Self Cater Venue in Chicagoland

We are looking for a venue that will allow us to bring outside food (not catered) and alcohol that we prepare and purchase ourselves.

We're hoping for a low-cost reception and are thinking more towards an appetizer and dessert reception. 

Anyone have any ideas for venues in Chicago and Chicago suburbs that are reasonably priced?

    ArTango in Chicago is a smaller warehouse-loft feel place near the Ravesenswood event center, that, as of last fall when we checked had a reasonable hourly rate and also allowed outside catering. HOWEVER, I think I have read here in a few posts that they now PREFER you use their own caterer (which was pretty reasonably priced in the first place) so I am not sure if they've since changed their policy now but you can try.. Smaller venue that hold probably 100 comfortably max.
