Was thinking those of us trying to drop the pounds would write in about how the last week has been.
For myself, I worked out one evening. Ive pretty much been eating what I want and havent been very good
*at all* about trying to do the right thing. However

I was on my period so thats as good of an excuse as any. Right? Also, living in the soggy Pacific NorthWest doesnt exactly spark a desire to get my butt outside. But at this rate, the chair-shaped ass I'm going to have on my wedding day is going to have my groom running for the hills... HAHA!
Here's hoping I do better over the next week!
