How do you address an invite for a Dr.

Im going to invite the Dr. I work for. He is married (she is also my office manager) how do I address the invite?

Dr. John Doe and Mrs. Doe
Dr. John Doe and Mrs. Jane Doe

???

Actually, it's Dr. and Mrs. John Doe (assuming the doctor is the man in the relationship).

It didnt occur to me until I saw this post. My cousin is a doctor, but her husband is not. How would that look?
