On Saturday we got an update on the house we put an offer in. The bank countered our offer and since they wanted us to pay partial closing costs we countered again.
We are now waiting to hear back from the bank on if they accept our new offer. I am very anxious about this. We had put the offer in 20k lower than the asking price because my Fiance's father told us we should. I did not think it was a good idea but I'm letting my Fiance handle this and he wanted to listen to his dad, he realizes now that it was a mistake. I understand had we lived closer to my parents I would want to listen to my dad too being that they are suppose to be wiser than us.
I'm just hoping that the mistake we made didn't cost us the house. It's very nerve wracking not knowing. I just keep praying that we get an answer soon either way. If the answer is yes I'll be excited. If the answer is no I'll be bumbed but then we know and we can move on.
So right now my prayers are for an answer, not knowing is just puts a knot in my stomach.

Waiting for me is not my strong point, I absolutely hate the unknown.
Thanks for the reminder sporty that God already know's how it's going to turn out. I wish god would tell me right now. Hehehe.
[QUOTE]Thanks guys. Our new offer that we countered with is only 5k under the asking price, but we are asking them to pay closing costs. I know that when we put the offer in we were the only offer not sure if any new offers went in after the weekend. Oh my goodness I wish that so much haha. But then usually in the end I'm thanking Him that I didn't know. :P He likes to surprise us sometimes I think.
