Looking for a reception venue

We just started planning our wedding a week ago, and I am looking for a venue for a mid-October or an early November wedding. Ceremony is in Hanover, and I would like reception to be within a 20-30 minute driving distance (York or Adams County). Though, I am open to negotation for the right place! 

I would like a venue with historic appeal and allows outside catering or doesn't require us to use a catering company. We are planning on around 50 guests. 

Our budget is very tight as we are paying for our wedding ourselves. I need to explore options and book within the next week... Untraditional suggestions appreciated... thank you!
