Indoor Ceremony Help!

We are getting married October 13, 2012 and are having a hard time finding a place to have our ceremony.  We're having a friend of ours marry us, so we're looking for a place in Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls or Waukesha where we can have an indoor ceremony.  Unfortunately a lot of the hotels we're looking at for receptions have the ceremony in the same room and then flip it in between.  I prefer that we have a separate place for the ceremony.  Any suggestions would help us so much!!

That is how quite a few places are if you want them at the same location - Unless you find a venue that is pretty gigantic where they have the space to have everything set up - but in that case it is most often the same room - but it all stays set up for the whole event rather than the switch.

We are having our ceremony in the same room as our reception and they are flipping it during our cocktail hour.  Luckily - the doors will close and it only takes them 15 minutes to flip the entire room.  Noone will know what is going on because everyone will be in the bar area for cocktails and such before the dinner begins.
Not sure of any venues in your area but good luck!

Grays Conference Center in Milwaukee has a really beautiful chapel you can rent. I think its around $500 and has a old school feel to it. Its in Milwaukee on Teutonia Ave just past Mill Rd next to Door to Police Academy. In Glendale the Radisson Northshore on PT Wash Rd and green tree can host reception. They have good food and miniumum was only $2500.00.
Im not a vendor either I was looking into both places until I post poned wedding last year. I think you can google Grays Conference Center.

Depending on your guest count, the Hilton downtown Milwaukee has 2 smaller rooms you can use for ceremony and then a couple of separate ballrooms so you don't have to do a changeover.
