So I'd love to do a signature cocktail cuz I think they're fun (and in some cases a money saver.) A few questions though... are other liquors normally offered besides the signature cocktail(s)? Or do you just offer the signature drinks?
Also I'm seeing some posts/ articles that say your signature drinks should only be offered during the cocktail hour. But I thought the whole point was to offer it after dinner during the reception/ party time?
