This evening we drove out to the city where our photographer's studio is and also where the new DJ is located. First stop was the photographer's studio to pick up our Custom Guest Book he made as well as pictures from the second photo shoot that we ordered. The guestbook turned out awesome, we were really impressed! I have pics of the front cover, back cover, and a few from inside but not all.
Our second stop was at one of our favorite restaurants to meet with our new DJ ( I grew up and went to school with him). The meeting went great, we were very happy with our choice in switching. The biggest relief is how he kept reassuring us that this day is for us, he will take care of the rest just the way we want it, and somehow we just know we can trust him in his word unlike the other DJ we had booked earlier in the year. I've had the new DJ as a facebook friend for several years, and knew he had been doing DJ gigs, but at the time we were looking for one to book, he was taking a break. Just our luck he was back in the business, as a job on the side of his regular job, and was open for this Saturday!
Last stop tonight was on our way home, we stopped in my hometown to visit my mom and pick up my birth certificate and other stuff that I needed for wedding related things. Overall it was a nice successful night!
