  I just ordered 10 42" hooks from Cherington Metalworks.  Including the cost of shipping to Canada, they are going to cost me $100.  A great deal as far as I'm concerned.  Here's their website...

  The Dollar Tree had 36 inch hooks for  a dollar of course.  The had a lot in the spring and earlier in the summer.
