    Look at TKs checklist. It's a good starting place.

    1. "A lot" .  "alot" is not a word. 
    2. You don't need to make MULTIPLE posts at the same time for a bunch of basic questions on the same board. 

    3. It's only as overwhelming as you make it. You do have 184 items (ish) to take care of, but that's the reason there is a check list. You start with the big stuff and work your way down. Knock our all the maiin vendors (venue, music, photog, caterer) then you can do all the nitty-gritty.
