Addressing Invitation to Priest

I've seen some posts on here before about addressing the invitation to your priest, but I have a question about his name. He goes by Father Don, and that is how he is listed on the webpage for our church. But under his contact information, it says Father John "Don" W. Keegan. How do you suggest we address the invitation in this case? Should I just call the secretary at the church and talk to her?

I would put his full name on the outer envelope, and then put Father Don on the inner envelope.  If you only have one envelope, I suggest full name for a formal wedding, Father Don for a casual wedding

I would call the church and ask how others have addressed them to him before!

I figured I'd call the chuch, but just wanted to check with you ladies first. Didn't know if this had come up before or not. Thanks! :-)

When we addressed our invites (we did not have an inner envelope), we put Rev Fr John Smith. This is also the way in which we listed it in the program. After our priest looked over our program, that is the way he recommended we list it since we are having a formal ceremony.

I addressed mine: 'Very Reverend Donald Hying.'  That's on his business card.  The Archbishop is 'Most Reverend.'

Nice that I have a 'Father Don' too! :)
