Jewish non-religious officiant?

I'm having trouble finding an officiant who will incorporate some Jewish cultural traditions (chupah, breaking the glass, ketubah, etc) but will not insist on a religious ceremony.  My fiance is Jewish, but neither one of is religious at all.  Any recommendations?

FYI, the wedding is May 30, in Pleasanton CA, and I live in Sunnyvale.

I found several officiants on Gathering Guide (<-- link) that were open to anything. They have little bios that you can read and see whether they're willing to incorporate any religious aspects. I saw lots in my area (wedding is in Santa Cruz) that I'm sure would have been happy to do your type of ceremony.

Rabbi Ira Book will do a non-religious Jewish ceremony. He did my wedding (was also my grandmother and mom's Rabbi, growing up). He's sort of "retired" without a congregation and does chaplain work so he writes a very personal ceremony. My husband is not Jewish and he did a Saturday evening wedding for us. I know a lot of Rabbi's wouldn't do that.
