    I did Ultimate Bootcamp before my 2008 wedding and it was AMAZING!!  It is really hardcore (I was already in good shape and it kicked my butt--this isn't a bridal bootcamp).  It was the hardest thing I've ever done but it transformed my body and was totally worth it!
