So I just had a conversation on the phone with my dad. He lives a few hours away and we have never been that close. So first off my stepmom tells me she's not coming to my shower this weekend. Her excuse she didn't RSVP like my MOH would tell her she can't come due to that. Anyways best news was my dad offered to pay the rest of the bill with our reception venue!!!! Which is our biggest expense we had to pay for the whole wedding. It's all the food/alcohol and extras we got from our venue. It made me super happy and that is more money we have for our honeymoon!! Just had to share with you ladies!
