Found out over the weekend FI time-off got denied so not only will we not have my special 30th bday dinner on Wed, but now we can't come to DFW on Friday. to meet with Ashton Gardens. :-( So, I will be stuck at his place (with his 3 other roommates from 3-11pm) BORED because my guild already put me on standby since I originally couldn't make all 3 raid days due to my dinner!!  Grrr.

    FI is at home today relaxin' since his employer is closed for Columbus Day.  Yaaaay for a completely full day of school and absolutely no rest this weekend. Embarassed

    (ETA: saw Angela's sneaks on the McG blog and some of stephiehall's pics... LOVE!  I had never heard of that venue until she posted about it and it's just gorgeous)

    Not sure how I'm going to get these four tubs full of student work from my apartment to my car and then into the building... I think I'll just wait until tomorrow.

    I had tickets to the Ranger game yesterday, but of course they called a rain out (even though no rain) and MLB stinks and the game is at 3:19 today.  So even though I took off 6 days last month for our wedding and will be taking off 2 next week for DH's brother's wedding, I had to ask my boss to take off part of this afternoon.  She didn't respond, so I guess I am just going.  Fun.

    They're so pretty!

    Today is Monday, half the electricity in our building is out and all our drivers called in "sick". One of their wives had a baby, and the other is just a lazybutt. (He has a habit of "joking" about calling in on a certain day...and then really calling in.)

    This weather has me feeling crappy. Add to it that I ate horrible this weekend and drank a ton and I am so BLAH. All I want to do is get through the day and get to the gym for a good hour.

    And also, I want a ginormous salad.

    People at work are hacking and snorting all over the place--if one of these fools gets me sick I will NOT be pleased. Bring on the Emergen-C!
