Radio Silence from the Photographer

Hello! I'm having a slight issue with our photographer/videographer. They are doing our engagement session photos, and I've been trying to contact them for about two weeks to schedule the shoot. Is it normal for a company to take so long to respond, or should I be worried? Thanks!

    I think two weeks is unprofessional. Try contacting them via a different method than your original contact if you haven't already. For example, if you've emailed try calling. The email may have gone into a spam folder or got lost in the mix.

    I know it's the middle of wedding season, but I'd be kind of scared. You don't want to miss the window to get decent outdoor engagement photos before it gets too cold in Ohio. Did you try tweeting them? Sometimes people respond quicker that way. It works with Comcast. :)

    I heard back from them, finally! I had left a message that said, "I hope you guys are still around..." and their office manager immediately called back apologizing. It must just be a busy time for them. But questioning their existence seemed to do the trick lol
