My fiance and I are getting married in Southern Florida in May 2014. However, we wanted to get our engagement photos done early so that we have pictures to use for our wedding website, wedding announcement in the paper, etc.
We were thinking about doing two engagement shoots: one this month (we live in Iowa, so it would be snowy), and then one in the Spring.
Is it some sort of wedding faux pas to have snowy/wintery engagement pictures done for a destination wedding in Florida?
I would just like some unbiased opinions because I'm not sure what to think.
