I finally had my bridal portraits taken yesterday at Duke Gardens. It was SO hot!!! But, the rain held out for me, so I'm glad about that! I can't wait to see how they turned out! I had my mom and FSIL go with me to help carry the dress around the gardens. My mom is very traditional and had wanted me to have my bridals taken at an indoor studio, but I don't really care for that style so I had them taken outside with the beautiful flowers/nature. My mom was about to die because my dress was sitting on the ground. It did manage to get a few little stains on it, too. Nothing major, but I'm hoping we can get them out without having to go have it cleaned....I can only imagine what that might cost. It was fun overall though, and I am super psyched to get them back now! I'll post the pics when I get them!
