  Hey! I think different straps would look amazing! I don't know your "style" that you are going for but have you considered dessy twist dresses for the girls?  You can get them eather long or short, and your bridesmaids could then be really creative with how they wear them! I saw a wedding with these and it was beautiful... I found this picture online as an example for you, I hope it helps.
  
  I know most places can add or alter a dress to look however you want. The trick would probably then be, to make it look somewhat naturally cut, and to keep it within budget. Sometimes additions like that can jack up a price!

  Convertible dresses can pretty much be made into any top, but I don't necessarily think they are the most flattering on everyone. Victoria's secret has a couple, but I'm not sure of any other company that carries them. Why not just let them pick out their own dress but stipulate lengh, fabric, and color?

  Those Dessy dresses look cute! Thanks for that idea. And I may just let them choose the dress based on color,fabric, and length because I want them to be comfortable. I just wanted to look into this option too, thanks for your help.
