Another Tuxedo Question

Where did you rent your tuxedos?  It seems like the two popular places are Classic Tuxedos and Men's Wearhouse.  I've heard bad things about Men's Wearhouse, and my FI went into Classic Tuxedos yesterday just for inquire basic information but the service was so poor that he walked out the store unimpressed.  I do have an OOT wedding attendant so maybe I should just suck it up and go to Men's Wearhouse?  Anyone can suggest other places to rent tuxedos?

Thanks!

We aren't renting a tux.  FI bought a suit on sale at Neiman Marcus.

Macy's has some nice Tuxedos that aren't super expensive.  Have you thought about purchasing?

Or a local shop--I feel like most places can get a tux for someone if they send their measurements (they can be measured by a local tailor).

We pretty much had to do MW because all 8 groomsmen were OOT except my brother. I really didn't have a bad experience with them what soever. I wouldn't say I have a rave experience or anything. But, we had no problems and I thought the tux quality was very good.

I used Mens Wearhouse, because our groomsmen were all over the country.  I know some people have had issues with them, but I really had no issues.  In fact, our tuxes came in REALLY early.  They were supposed to be in on the Thursday before the wedding (on Saturday) and they were in about a week early.  Plenty of time to fix any issues.  Luckily, we didn't have any issues!

We also had to do MWTux bc all of the men were spread accross the country - We had a few issues with fit, but they fixed them right away and customer service was really great so I would recommend them.

Our guys are all spread out too but we're going to Dominic's Tux out of Plymouth.  At first I was worried, but all the guys need to do is get their measurements to the store.  I have heard some horror stories about MW so I wanted to stay away.  Plus, I really liked that Dominic's has all the tuxes on hand so if ANYTHING happens they can easily change the tux - that was really important to us.

I think you can choose any tux rental place. Men are very simple to dress. They just would have to get their measurements to the store, and make sure you can arrange to have the tuxes in a few days before the wedding to make corrections if needed.

If only the bridesmaids were that simple...

My FI is working with Mens wearhouse in the Cambridgeside Galeria. The manager ( an african american man) was super helpful and polite when we were there to buy a suit earlier in the year. I have had a great experience with that shop. happy hunting
