Is a Limo/Trolley Possible?

I am looking for a budget-friendly option for transportation for a Sunday this summer. I'll need to transport 7 people from my parents' to the church, and then 15 people from the church to the reception.

I'm not sure if it's within my transportation budget ($400.) to include a limo or trolley, but any info/help/suggestions/recommendations would be very much appreciated.  :)

I am using a Trolley - I think it's holds 37 people and I plan to load that bad boy up as we take people to the State House for pics!    We're using South County Trolley and for 5 hours I think we're at just under $1000.   I really didn't shop around because, well, when it came to certain vendors, I was lazy.

I know I've heard girls talk about good deals on limos, so I'm sure they'll reply.  I can't recall any of the places off the top of my head.   I do know one limo business that I know some people used just went out of business.

We used Escort Limo (14 passenger hummer) & since everything was at the location we only needed it for 1 hour - they charged us just under $400 for the hour.

Trolleys are expensive, and only available certain times of the year. I think you could get a limo or some kind of shuttle van for that amount. I would call around, especially since you only need it for a short amount of time. Are your guest staying at a hotel, I know alot of hotels have free shuttle services. another option that might be even less expensive is to rent one of those 15 passenger vans and have like an uncle or really good friend drive??
