ideas for good quality cheap imitations so I can take the different styles for a test run??

My engagement ring is gorgous, but it sticks up too far, and I have already scratched my 4 year old son with it.  :-(

I want to take a test drive of some other styles to see how 'livable' they are, before we commit to another expensive real one.... but I don't want to run around in something totally tacky.

Any ideas for decent looking fakes under $100?

    I don't know how long you plan on being engaged, but you could also wear just your wedding band after the big day. 

    But otherwise, any fakes will do.  You can go to about any department store and find a CZ ring that's decent enough.
