I've seen many ladies on here give great feedback on the fitbit, and, after exploring the functionality and figuring out that I'm doing a really bad job of estimating calorie burn and movement finally bought one. I know it's not going to track my food intake for me, but I'm someone who loves graphs and tracking progress, so I think I'll enjoy this. I'm sure I'll be on here with questions!
