I freaking love this new secret board thing. I was thinking about setting up a fake pinterest, just so it would be anonymous. And now that we have them, I'm not sure three is enough :)

    I'm in the very early stages of writing a novel--just for fun, really--but I didn't want to have all my novel-specific inspiration plastered where my nosier friends would ask things about it. I'm just really private about details of projects until they are finished.

    It'll probably also be handy for christmas presents and such.

    I haven't set mine up yet, but did get an email. Everyone gets three secret ones to start, and they're looking for feedback.

    I think it's a great idea. I haven't pinned much wedding stuff there because we're keeping it pretty low key - I 'liked' Grace Kelly's wedding pic and three family members sent me messages ... this was before we were engaged. I just liked the pic.

    I think it's going to be great for gift ideas, baby planning, and writing novels. (I've sent mine off Bunni and am waiting for word from the publisher. Suspense is killing me!)

    For wedding planning, I didn't want other people seeing what I planned before the day of (not that is was super spectacular, just wanted to keep an aura of surprise), so I created an entirely different pinterest just for wedding stuff.

    I think they said that they haven't confirmed whether they would keep the Secret Boards after the holidays or not. I feel like the secret keeping is needed for so many things!

    Edie, mine is connected to my facebook, but I have a lot of family following me on Pinterest anyway, so it wouldn't have made a difference.

    Thankfully, I haven't pinned baby stuff! lol
