  Hi there,
  
  I have just cancelled our hold on the Cox Arboretum October 15, 2011 based on our need for more space. The space was absolutely gorgeous but better suited for 125 or so versus the 155 we're now seeing. Let me know if you have any questions about it, we visited several times and went through the deposit process etc.
