Prayers of Petition

I want to include a prayer for teachers and students but I am struggling with wording.  I saw a post awhile ago that was perfect but can't find it now.  Anyone have any suggestions.

    Maybe something like this would work:

    For students, that the Spirit of God may grant them the gifts of wisdom and of understanding.For teachers, that they may share their knowledge with gentleness, patience, and concern for their students.
