Valley of the Falls directions

So I'm getting invitations ready and thought it would be helpful to enclose a slip telling guests how to get to the Valley of the Falls so they don't go to the chapel by mistake only problem is I've never been there. Do any of you have directions on how to get there? I e-mailed my coordinator but she's currently out of the office.
Thanks.

Since they don't go directly to VoTF (they have to wait to be escorted by the WC by the Beach Level Valet-- at least, that's what Jaimie told me), I'm just telling my guests to find the Orchid Lounge on the Casino Level, and take the adjacent escalators down one level to the Beach Level Valet, where they'll meet our WC, who will escort them to VoTF.

Let me know if your WC tells you differently-- I was told all of this back in February, so things might have changed?

hmmm, so what time are people so supposed to meet at the beach valet & what about people who get there 5 minutes early instead of 15 minutes, does the coordinator keep going back to check if there's more people?

I'll see what my coordinator says. My old one Mischelle left so now I have a new one, hope she's on the ball.

Check this out; someone made a video of how to get there:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqrMmh_5SQ0

So it looks like you just take either the main Mandalay elevators down from casino level to beach level, or the escalators/stairs right across from those elevators (and the Orchid Lounge), head towards the baggage pickup and parking valet as if you were going to leave the hotel, walk outside where the cab and valet pickup drive-thru area is and take a left, walk a ways and cross the street, through a tunnel, you're there.

There's a hotel map for casino and beach levels on this page:

    http://www.mandalaybay.com/contact-us/map-and-directions.aspx

at the bottom, but neither mentions votf.  If you're handy with photoshop, you might want to just take the beach level PDF and add VOTF to the map.

The votf contract does say groom has to check in at the beach valet while bride and attendents meet elsewhere, along with guests going directly to votf.  Check that out here:

<div>Yeah, from what my WC has told me-- all of your guests are supposed to be at the Beach level valet 30 minutes prior to your ceremony start.  They're then walked over and everyone is allegedy supposed to be in their seats by 15 minutes prior to ceremony start.</div><div>
</div><div>I get the impression they do it that way because they close off the pedestrian walkways on each side of VoTF to foot traffic right before the ceremony starts (WC told me they station MB staff on either side of the walkway so no one can pass through), so by bringing the guests over as a one big group they know that they're not passerby and can all be allowed in to VoTF for the ceremy. </div>
