I am looking for a location around the Syracsue area that can do a proper English tea. I live in England and know exactly what I'm looking for and a quick google search didn't show much to choose from. Some places were asian styled and a few others just served plates of cookies. I'm looking for a place that serves selections of tea, champgne, finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, ect.... Anyone have any ideas? I would even hire catering if I found a location that has the look of a proper english tea room. Thanks for any help
