After Party

trying to plan an after party for my sister in law's wedding and looking for cute ideas.  Any suggestions? Or guidance in regards to what topics I should look for on this site? (its been awhile since I've been on the knot!)  Heard one cute idea where they had a 'mini' themed party which had mini burgers, hot dogs, coronas etc. for people to snack on.  Looking for something unique and memorable

    What time is the wedding?  If it's at night it's most likely that people will just head home after it's over.  For our wedding, it was a friday night and we really wanted to continue partying at the bar in our venue, but when things were over and finally died down we saw that most people already left.

    Do they have a room block at a local hotel? My wedding is on a Friday night in April till 1am and the hotel is going to keep the bar open extra late for us.
