  • I completed Day 14 of the 30DS last night (sorry for the confusion Shannon, I have been off by a day all week!)... it is still kicking my butt, but I am able to everything at a much higher intensity now. LOVE IT!!!

    I also did the dip and squat challenges last night AFTER the 30DS... that was tough!!

    Dips W3D1: Completed 103
    Squat W3D2: Completed 112

    I overslept...again... so tonight I will be doing 30DS Day 15... HALF WAY!!! WOOO HOOOO!! I will also be TRYING to do the sit up challenge, W4D3 after the 30DS.

  • I will be doing day 15 tonight.  Definitely excited to be at the halfway point, although workout 2 is still kicking my butt.

  • I will be joining you tonight on level 2! :) I am doing the 30DS as a supplement to my gym workouts, so I am not doing 30 consecutive days. So I am just jumping in these threads when I do it. Hope thats okay.

    You ladies are doing awesome!! Keep up the great work!

  • I will be doing Day 9 tonight!
    I did 8 last night, felt much stronger than other days. I thought my waist was looking a little smaller this morning so I decided to measure... down an inch on the waist! wooho!!
  • Alli, I wish I was still going to the gym!  I figured I would see the most improvement if I did the 30 days as recommended, but because of these workouts I have been neglecting the gym.  Gotta love paying for a membership that you don't use!  :(

    Think of it this way,.... get through the next 15 days... then you can go back to going to the gym 3-4 days a week, then the other days you can do one of the 30 day shred work outs. :)

    I finished day 8 last night.. doing Day 9 tonight.
    My waist is looking smaller to me so I measured it this morning. 1 inch lost off my waist! Woohoo!!
  • I did day 9 this morning. I got a little crazy and did workout 2 - yikes! My shoulders hurt right now! I'm scared for workout 3

  • I did day 1 of level 2 so day 11 (I kind of lost track) I LOVE LEVEL 2.  It is for sure a lot more challenging than level 1.

    When is my day off?!  Hahaha.

    I love the 20 minute workouts, but it makes me kind of sad knowing everyday I HAVE to do my workout with no rest day.

    I agree- 30 days straight is a lot. I am looking forward to doing Insanity and having a built in day off. I considered adding some rest days into the 30 day shred...but I would feel too guilty!!! I have heard that if you do something for 21 straight days it becomes a habit....I think this is a great habit to get into!!! :)
