  We don't want a sit down dinner or anything.  We are interested in hiring a taco food truck and a philly cheesesteak food truck.  Can anyone recommend some?

  I think Tony Luke's has a mobile food truck, but not 100% certain.

  Honest Tom's Tacos. Delian-and the just opened a store front, so they are super easy to get in touch with/menu plan.
