Since It's Slow...

Here are two hair pieces that I'm tossing around. I'm hoping to wear my hair in a low bun, chignon type thing. What do you think? Hair flower or hair comb?

what are your 'arguments' for each one?  What do your dress, jewelry etc look like?  That might help us vote :)

PS  they're both really pretty! it's hard to choose without knowing more about your style

There are pictures of my dress in my planning bio, it's pretty simple. Sleveless, v-neck with lace and beading, mostly on the bodice. It has pick-ups on the right side with some beading on each pick up. I don't have a veil, yet. And I'm only planning to wear the veil during the ceremony. My jewelry are single pearl earrings, dropped by white gold with diamonds. The necklace is the same, a single pearl pendant dropped by white gold with diamonds. They both kind of fit with my style... I just can't choose because I like them both!

Just to clarify - you will have a veil for the ceremony and then want one of these for the reception?

If that's the case, I'm tempted to go with the comb, just because it sounds/looks like you have a lot more pearl going on already and it would be fun to have something really sparkly in your hair.

I think I'm going to wear the hair thing the whole time, just take off the veil after the ceremony. I'm leaning comb too, actually, but that flower is pretty :o)

I really like the flower, but I voted for the comb.  I think the flower would be a pearl overload with the other jewelry.  If you want a flower, I would look for something w/o a large pearl in the middle, something more "blingy."

Since it is so slow, and I'm a little bored, I searched etsy for Ivory hair flower (I noticed that the flower you already linked to was ivory).  And I found this:

    http://www.etsy.com/listing/55597895/bridal-petite-gardenia-hair-flower-with?ref=sr_gallery_10&ga_search_query=ivory+hair+flower&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=2&order=&includes[0]=tags&includes[1]=title

It is "blingy" rather than pearly, and it's cheaper than the other flower.

ditto looking for a more bling-y flower if you really like the idea of a flower.  I got mine from seller ButterflyEnchantress (I think there's a pic of mine in my planning bio) and it was really nice, good quality.

Ooh, yeah that one is pretty! Thanks for looking that up... you rock!

No I'm not totally stuck on the idea of a flower. I kind of want to get one of each and see how they look, is that bad?

I almost suggested that - you could wear the comb with the veil and the flower for the reception if you really can't decide :)

Hmm, not a bad idea also... I may look into that :o)
