They have a 20,000 dollar minimum expenditure ( If you want a Sat. wedding). Here's info from our quote:
All food prices are without gratuity and tax. That is an extra 28.5%
You get three hors d oeurves for 28.50 per person
Beef entree : 80 per person
call brands open bar : 36 per person for four hours
wedding cake : 10.50 per person
    Bouquet : 300
    Bridesmaids bouquets: 125 each
    boutinnieres: 10.50 each
    corsage: 30 each
    centerpieces : 40 each
chair covers and sashes : 8.50 each
Dj :1500 - You MUST use a Disney DJ.  If you don't, they charge you a 1500 dollar fee

Photography: between 3000 and 6000 dollars depending on how many hours

If you had the same exact food choices we had, it would cost you about 30,000 for your food and beverage for 150 guests.  You'd meet your minimum expenditure and then you could hire outside vendors to do everything else because they would be a thousand times cheaper.    I think you could do it with that amount but you'd have to be cheaper about the florist and other vendors you hire.

I think you could totally do it if you stay on top of your budget. They have minimum expeditures depending on the day/time you have the wedding. F&B and cake have to come through them, but I am sure you can work with the chefs to come to a price that you are comfortable with. This will be the biggest expense! You can use outside vendors for floral, photo, video as long as it's not in a theme park or certain specialty venues. It's worth a shot to set up an appointment to talk to them and they can probably give you a better idea budget wise. Their locations are beautiful!
