South Shore/Boston photographer suggestions?

Hi ladies,

I'm trying to plan my Boston wedding from DC and it is proving to be a difficult task

I am looking for a photographer and was hoping for suggestions of people you love! Our ceremony will be on the South Shore (in Weymouth) with reception to follow at the Millennium Bostonian. We are hoping to keep the price around $2500 with album included but would be OK with going up to $3000.

we are using http://www.jgddesignphoto.com/. You should be able to get something with a second shooter and disc w/ images for less than $3k. We had to add extra hours and also added an e session and came in just under 3.

we used john loconte from www.johnlophoto.com and he is in that range and includes a lot in his packages, his work is AMAZING and he is such a great person. highly recommend!

I used Portrait New England for my wedding this past spring and the pictures came out awesome! They were so great to work with too. They shot my wedding in Maine but they are based out of central MA so I am sure they cover the South Shore area too. Their pricing is very reasonable and within your budget.
They do book up quickly though so hopefully they still have your date! Best of luck!

I met with three photogs and we fell in love with Sara Sun of Simply Sublime Wedding Pictures. Her work blew us away. We are spending a little bit more but I know it will be worth it. Check her out www.simplysublimeweddings.com For $2900 we get two photogs, 8 hours, all the files, and $500 album credit. But she said if we only needed one photog should would increase the credit. So excited!

I just booked Amanda Considine at www.ShoreShotz1.com. Her work is absolutely gorgeous and she is so nice!! Her price was really reasonable for $2800 I got 8 hours coverage, two photographers and a CD with all my pictures without restrictions! Check her out on facebook or her website. Highly recommended!
