I didn't do much either. I need to call our car guy today and get his hours.

I had a great weekend.  My mom's 50th b-day party was a success.  Everyone had a great time.  I went up early and got in some extra time visiting my grandparents.  They are just so awesome. They've been married 54 years and you can tell.  They are hysterical together.  On the way home yesterday, the kiddo slept and DH and I got in a quality 'road trip' talk about our finances, the future, beh-behs, etc.  Those chats *always* make me feel so much better about our life and relationship.  We just don't get enough time in our day to day life to really sit and down and talk like that.  :) I am tired today.  Thankfully, this is an 'off' week for DH's classes, so he'll be home tonight to help w/dinner and picking up the house.

Weekend was good. The weather here has been AWESOME! It's felt like Fall since about Thursday last week. AND kat came over and hung out w/ us and some friends on Saturday night. Good times.

I had a pretty good weekend. Ended up with a kitteh! It was the hardest damn thing to leave him this morning. I had to sneak out while he was drinking water. I would've stayed behind had he kept squeaking at me.

::shakes it:: The hostess with the mostess ;) So, after you left, mucho more wine was consumed. I believe the final count was 6 bottles down. And I may or may not have tried on my wedding dress for Abby and Amanda later that night.

We had a great weekend. Closing went great on Friday, the sellers were cool and we laughed and joked through the whole thing. The evening was made perfect by life reminding me other stuff needed to be done when I got a ticket for my car being OVER a year out of inspection (it was up in June of 08, oops!). I remember getting it inspected last year but oh well.Saturday my parents stopped by with my grandmothers and saw the house. MIL came over and we started stripping the wallpaper in the kitchen. Between running my car over to the inspection place and two runs to Home Depot I think we got a lot done.Sunday DH and I met MIL to continue the wallpaper removal in the kitchen. After a few hours we ran to Lowes and picked up paint for the kitchen and the two bedrooms (one of which will be the office). MIL started painting the bedrooms and DH and I finished up the kitchen. My Older Sis and family stopped by and we spent the rest of the night visiting.

It was a busy weekend with not a lot of rest but we did get a lot of things accomplished so I guess it's not all bad.  We've got another busy week but I'm hoping that we can keep our weekend schedule pretty open so we can finally relax a little bit.

The weekend was Looong. We went car shopping on Saturday, for 7 hours.  To end up exactly where we started.  Go figure...right?  I think H will be calling the dealer today to see how much they will work with us.  We're about $10/month of where I want to be.  :)Sunday was normal, H bought a Hula Hoop for me at Menards, and he's WAY better at it than me.  Poo.

This weekend was thesuck. Friday, I worked hella late and crashed early. Saturday, I stayed home all day and peed into a jug. Sunday I dropped off my pee and then spent $170 at Target on nursery/baby/mom things. Blerg. Today, Gracie's at the vet, it's raining and I skipped breakfast. I need a do-over.

I had a schitty weekend, but I feel badly complaining about it.  I'm stressed to the point of back pain and inability to sleep and am more or less a single mom while DH builds us a deck. (See? tough to complain about, because our deck is going to be so. freaking. awesome.  As awesome as the bathroom.)My mom's coming on Thursday, and I can't tell whether she will create more stress than she relieves or not. (Again - bad to complain, because she really is helping - cooking us dinner, taking the night shift, playing with Dex while I get stuff done - just also creates chaos in her wake.)I should be able to get some work monkeys off of my back today and tomorrow, though, which should help the stress level tremendously.
