Our invitations are going to be bilingual (English and Spanish). Along with the invitations we're going to be sending RSVP cards and envelopes, the direction card from our venue (our ceremony and reception are in the same place), and then we were also thinking of including a card with the heading "Additional Information" that would direct invited guests to our wedding website.
All of our invited guests have internet access and know how to use a computer, so that won't be an issue. The reason we'd like to direct them to the website is because we aren't setting up any hotel room blocks. Most of our guests are either fairly local or are coming from international locations and would probably stay with relatives as it's the cheapest option for them. However, in case anyone DOES want to stay in a nearby hotel, we listed about 7 area hotels all within 5-20 minutes from the venue and in a variety of price ranges.
The "Additional Information" card would be in both English and Spanish (as is our website), but my question is: How would you word the card?
I was thinking something along the lines of:
For additional information regarding our wedding day, nearby accommodations, local attractions, etc., please visit our wedding website at: XXXXX
What do you guys think? Should we do the card? And, if so, how would you label and/or word it?
