need a good seamstress asap HELP!!

Hi Ladies! I just tried my wedding dress on after it has been in the bag for a year:) The wedding is in 3 1/2 months. The dress is ivory lace with beading on the top. Anyway, I have very sensitive skin and the dress makes me itch (alot). I also had red blotches on my chest. I need to find a good seamstress that can add some fabric to the top, so it stops scratching me. Also, the top straps need to be altered for size and cut. Does anyone know a good seamstress that you would be willing to let change the top of your gown? I am so nervous it won't come out right. Thanks in advance for any help:)

Many Knotties recommend Fashion Stitch on Church Rd. in Mt. Laurel.  I am going to visit them when it's time for my alterations due to all the positive reviews that this shop has received on The Knot.
