Alright ladies, what are your plans for this weekend??

FI is driving up tonight for my birthday weekend(bday is Monday) and we're renting a boat with a bunch of friends for some cruising tomorrow and a trip to Shell Island :-)  Hopefully we will go over the guest list and keep the WR chats to a minimum.  I think we're both somewhat burned out after last weekend ;-)

    lch sounds like a great weekend you have planned!

    I'm going low key this weekend.  I am attending a bridal shower on Sunday for a friend.  WR I might work on some wedding jewelry and table number projects.  

    Sad story another friend of mine who got married in July found out her spouse was cheating on her I am supposed to see her tonight... I hate hearing about things like this.

    Finishing up planning/setting up my nephew's 3rd birhtday party!  It's tomorrow at a nearby park with a train ride (he picked a train theme) but it's raining today so I'm nervous about tomorrow...FI is considering going golfing again on Sunday so I think the kids and I will just have a relaxing day; maybe I'll hit up redbox for them :)  Next Sat is my bday and hopefully we'll get to planning something fun too! :)

    Joheryl-that is awful!!  Hopefully they will figure things out quickly.  I had a roommate in college that had just finished up with her sister's wedding when she moved in.  Her sister's brand spanking new husband decided to up and leave the day after they returned from their honeymoon.  In his wake, he took all of the wedding gift cards, small expensive gifts and took all of the other gifts to the dumpster while his new wife was at work.

    They annulled the marriage and he was never seen or heard from again.  Good thing since my roommate's sister is in the Army and probably wouldn't have taken his actions lightly.

    Happy Early Birthday Ich!

    Saturday - We have a baby shower (coed) to go to tomorrow and then we are going out for drinks to celebrate another friends engagement.

    Sunday- The church that has DD's preschool is having a Fun Fair so we will be going to that and FI's bagpipe band hosts an Irish festival so we will probably stop by that as well.

    Ugh! Those are both horrible stories! How sad for them! Well, hopefully they can get it annulled- I mean, if he is doing that right after the wedding, I don't know if there is much hope as time goes on and they get used to the monotony that comes with life at times! Sad!

    As for me- girls night tonight. Then heading to San Francisco/Walnut Creek to spend time with FI friends and family

    Tonight- FI and I have my niece and nephew for the night should be fun... we are going to take them to dinner and watch a movie.

    Sat--we have a wedding

    Sun- (Lets go Patriots!) We will be watching the game with him bro and SIL

    I've been crazy busy!  I started teaching first grade this week and I have 19 (possibly 20 on Monday) kids that are super active.  I had a migraine on the first day and I came home and slept and I've been writing lesson plans and sorting emergency contact forms and ugh, doing so much it hurts.  I miss you ladies!

    FI and I slept 12 hours last night.  Now we have to do some housework, work on lesson plans, and possibly spend our free cash from Old Navy.  Oh, and get our 2 year old niece her birthday gift!
