Escort Card Wording

How do I word the escort card for a young boy? Does it sound too out-dated to say "Master Jacob...." or is "Master" not really used now-a-days for weddings? If it's not too out-dated, how do I abbreviate it? I don't have a ton of space to spell out "Master". I know a young girl is "Miss." for Misses.

There's no period after Miss (even though it's an abbreviation for Mistress). I personally think Master is ridiculous and would go with Mr. I know there are others on these boards who disagree though and would use Master.

I agree with PP. Master sounds silly to me, I'd go with Mr.
