Supplying own liquor at wedding bar!

Hey Ladies, a quick question for those that have supplied their own alcohol at their venue!

Does the alcohol have to be from the LCBO, or can you get it from the Duty Free Store??

    You have to purchase at the LCBO or the Beer Store.  Once your event is done, as long as you have the permit and the receipts you can return all unopened bottles for a full refund.

    Hey Ms Taken - the FI told me you don't need receipts when you return the full bottles.  Just the permit and LCBO has to sell that brand.  So you can buy it at the Duty Free!

    I was also told duty free is OK, as long as we have the receipt that gets attached to the lcbo license.

    Personally, we got our liquor in Cuba while on vacation.
