Did anyone see the story on the Channel 12 news the other night about Rockettree Photography and how the owner is MIA?  I can't find the video on the Channel 12 website, but it was the Troubleshooter Howard Ain.  I just wanted to make sure you girls were aware in case anyone was considering booking with her.  I know I looked into her based on the recommendations of several friends, and liked her work.  I sure am glad I didn't book with her now!

    Wowza....

    I know that complaints about this vendor have come and gone repeatedly on this board, with a LOT of drama involved, but I hadn't heard about this new development.

    Yeah, there has been a lot of drama revolving around here with her, but I know there have also been a lot of brides who were really happy with her, so I was quite surprised to hear this story!  I wonder what the real scoop is?

    Hello, the local 12 news was my husband and I. I really hope no one is going through the same thing as us and I hope you do not have a wedding booked through her for the future. My husband and I have been going through hell trying to get out pictures and Rachel has been a nightmare to work with. She is very rude and unprofessional and has threatened me to hold onto my pictures even longer if she sees anymore bad reviews from me or my friends. Right after the news she did take everything off facebook. I have a feeling that she is going out of business. Just google her name and read all the bad reviews about her. They are all the same, that we paid her and she will not give us our picures.

    Wow, that is reall yunfortunate. Hopefully there aren't that many more couples who are having the same issues.

    We are going through a similar situation with her. We luckily got our photos but we haven't received our album yet. We got married in June and submitted the pictures for the proofs in September and are still waiting. We will all pray for the best. I feel lucky that I received my photos even if they were 4 weeks late.

    She lost a good employee in November 2008, due to her unprofessional behavior, who did ALOT of the editing and shot dozens of weddings.
