It will more than likely be a buffet. But we are going to have courses too...all out at different times.

We don't know at this point. We have signed our caterer for a buffet because it works better for the space with our current guest list tipping the scale over ideal. If we can get it down, we will have a sit down with a buffet only out for the social hour food. We'll see.

Sit down dinner, hors d'oeuvres passed during the cocktail hour. That was one thing the fiancé was adamant about. He does not like buffets at weddings at all!
