I know that the groom picks his men, but I just want your opinions.
he wants his brother to be his Best man but he is concerned becuase his brother is extremely ill and may not even be able to attend the wedding. I said it doesnt matter and even if he isnt there, his name will be in the program as the best man. He also doesnt want his brother to worry about "doing" anything - he cant, but he may feel bad. Again, I said that he can explain to brother that this is a title only with no expectations.
He has other friends but none of them is the closest so I said if not his brother, then no best man at all.
