Wedding in Bend Oregon

Hi! I'm getting married next october at Aspen Hall in Bend.  Does anyone have any ideas how to do the ceremony and reception in the same building?  Also any decor ideas for a fall wedding would be welcome!  Thanks!

    If I were you (i just googled pictures), I would try to use the fireplace as the centerpiece for the ceremony (can just set up chairs facing the fireplace). Then, move everyone over to have drinks/apps maybe, move all the chairs out, and then you could use that area as the dance floor.
    This way you can leave all the tables set up and ready to go. (Maybe rope off a little aisle so people don't head to the tables before the ceremony)

    My friend is doing the exact thing this next weekend there and my bakery's doing the cake, so I'm curious how the switch is taking place. I'll let you know what they do. :) I agree maybe doing cocktail hour outside while they do the flip. I have seen pictures where people actually sat at the tables, but I wasn't a huge fan of that.
