This Saturday was my bridal shower!!!
My mom, FI's mom, and our aunts planned a beautiful shower for me at a restaurant back in my hometown...well, my mom did most of the work LOL! It was so nice, the food was delicious, and our family and friends were so generous!
Since once of my wedding colors is Tiffany Blue, my mom ran with the Tiffany Blue theme.
This is what the table decorations looked like...my mom wrapped up boxes to look like Tiffany boxes for the centerpieces, make Tiffany blue tulle napkin rings that had fake diamond rings tied to them, and the favors were sugar cookies decorated like wedding cakes.
My mom also ordered chocolate cupcakes that looked like the top of a Tiffany box. They were beautiful and delicious! (yes, there were a lot of guests!)

FI came at the end and brought me flowers! Someone gave us "I Love My Husband" and "I Love My Wife" aprons...so cute!
I was one happy bride! Ignore the terrible effects of crazy humidity on my hair LOL!
My favorite kitchen gift was my Henckels Pro 6 piece knife set.
Favorite sentimental gift: My Aunt and cousins had one of my great grandmother's recipes framed as well as a picture of my great grandmother making that recipe with me when I was 2 years old (the culinary training starts very early in an Italian family LOL!). That induced a major ugly cry! I was VERY close to her and miss her like crazy (she passed away when I was 13). Luckily, they saved that gift until the end because I seriously had to pull myself together after that!
