  @M1ssJ  thats kinda what I was thinking... vanillia,choclate, mint choc. chip and then like 3-4 toppings....  but the question is how do I pulll it off?? and I guess having a Ice Cream Bar and Candy Bar and Choclate Fountain would all be to much??? ( Choclate Fountain already booked )

  Sounds like a great idea, you can never have too many sweets. Maybe just talk to your venue and make sure there are staff to keep a close eye on the ice-cream station to keep it clean and tidy.
