Has anyone had their wedding/reception at Timberhouse at Rolling Acres Golf Course in Beaver Falls,

Hello!
I have been looking around for places in PA that are beautiful and affordable and one I have found that I reall like is Timberhouse at Rolling Acres golf course. Has anyone had their wedding/recpetion there? If so,
1. How was the food and drink?2. Where did they do the cocktail hour?3. Which hotel did you and your guests stay?4. Did they have transportation to and from the hotel?

I have read great reviews about the venue but not too much about the questions above...
Thank you for your help!

We considered Timberhouse, but ended up not going with them for a few reasons- I found the catering company (there's only one and you have to use them) to be unresponsive to my requests for information.  However, my mom has had their food at several events and thought it was decent.  Also, my FI spoke with the woman that coordinates for the venue and she was less than friendly with him on the phone, granted she could have just been having a bad/busy day.  Still, for us it was a gut feeling that it wasn't the venue for us.  I highly recommend calling and speaking with the caterer and the coordinator and seeing if it would be a fit for you.  It's definitely a gorgeous venue, good luck!
