Need help with NO Honeymoon?

so i posted this on the huney moon board as well but i figured you ladies would really be able to help us out :)
My Fi and i want to go to New Orleans for our honey moon in Oct. we have searched the boards for info about places to go while there but we need some more of your help because a lot of the places that were sugested were bars. the problem is i will be 21 but Fi wont be 21 until 5 months later so we need ideas mostly of fun things to do at night that doesnt require us to be 21 to get in.

    Some things to do - (1) D Day Museum http://www.nationalww2museum.org/ (2) Tour a historic home - Gallier House http://www.hgghh.org/ or drive about an hour to see a plantation (3) The Aquarium / Zoo/ Insectarium http://www.auduboninstitute.org/ (4) Stop in to hear Jeremy Davenport play at the Ritz http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/Properties/NewOrleans/Dining/DavenportLounge/Default.htm (5) Cafe Du Monde - Eat a beignet! http://www.cafedumonde.com/ (6) The best part of New Orleans is the food.  Some of my favorite restaurants are Muriel's http://www.muriels.com/ Port of Call http://portofcallnola.com/ Galvez http://www.galvezrestaurant.com/ Hope you have a great stay in New Orleans!

    - ride the street cars up St charles to the riverbend and back....pass beauetiful old homes, churches, restaurants or if you are runners...run the track
    -take the riverboat ride
    -listen to all kinds of music on BOurbon St....on Frenchman
    -enjoy Magazine Street......lots of good restuarants and shopping for you
    -drive the French Quarter early one morning and check out all the cool homes, gates, and all over vibe
    --if you feel like driving...go check out some of the Plantations...Oak Alley, Houma
    -check out the French Market for some treasures
    -have brunch at Commanders Palace....Jazz brunch then check out cemetary across the street
    -Garden District is truely beautiful esp in the spring and lots of great restaurants
    -not sure but you might could go to Rock N Bowl under 21

    You should do the ghost tour of new orleans!!! it's at night and is very interesting if you are not from here!  The riverboat rides and lunches are really fun as well.  You can walk down Bourbon Street at night to see all the crazy things that go on without having to go into the bars.  Also, the zoo is very nice and relaxing to walk through.  City Park has been upgraded recently and has many places to sit and relax.  Take a carriage ride around the city and listen to some of the history.  You could look at the House of Blues schedule to see if there is a show that would interest you.  There are also many plays that go on.  I hope you enjoy your visit down here!!
