M&A VIdeo

We used them for video for our wedding this past April.  For anyone that has used them, how long did it take for you to get your video?  When we booked he told us 12 weeks.  It's been over 20 weeks and I just called last week to find out the status of it and his only reply to me was "You will be getting it soon."  

I am planning on calling back every few weeks until it's ready, but in the mean time I was just wondering how long it took other people to get their videos.

  • I'm scared that you are saying this because we just booked them for our wedding!  If I were you I would show up at his office.  People have a much harder time explaining themselves face to face.

  • Hope you get your video soon!  Make sure to leave appropriate reviews so other potential clients know your experience.
  • We didn't use M&A, but I can share that last winter, our photographer and videographer highly stressed that we get them our proofs and songs before the new wedding season started. (Whether we did that or not is another story, lol). They both said that they are totally swamped May-Oct and that it would definitely delay things. Since you were on the beginning of the busy period they are probably just backed up. Hang in there and good luck.

  • They had good reviews before we booked them, so I'm sure they are just swamped because of the wedding season, but hopeflly we'll get it soon. Thanks for the responses girls.  I will keep calling and being annoying to them until I get it!

    Also I havent done my wedding reviews yet because I'm waiting on the video, but once that is in, I will post my reviews!

    I get that, but they're professionals in the industry.....they know when their busy season is and should provide appropriate timeframes based on the time of year.  Good luck!
  • My brother used The Pros for his wedding last year and they promised to have his video within 8 weeks after the wedding. Well around week 15 he began e-mailing and by week 20 he received the "video"...I use quotes around the word because it was the furthest thing from a wedding video. It was flat out horrible and they had the nerve to suggest that they were pressured by my brother to finish it faster than nomral...

    I think it's a good idea to put pressure on them to finish it, but be sure to do it in a way so that can't use it as an excuse for poor work. Good luck!!!
  • I used them for my wedding in March 2012 and i got  my wedding video
    and I love  my video they deed very good work
    some time videographers  are very busy.
