    When I was looking last year, I think that it was $2500.00

    Hi there, I am getting married next October. I fell completely head over heels for this place! It was everything I could have asked for. I went there and they showed me around and we discussed prices. It was either $2500 or $3500 to rent it. But then (this is what turned me away) you need to hit a $7500 minimum. So the rental of the place was included in the minimum, but the rest you had to make up in bar service.

    They don't do any catering themselves, so you have to bring in your own caterer, so $4000-$5000 is a lot of money for just bar service. If you don't hit it you have to pay the difference.

    We ended up booking with the New Berlin Ale House. This place was beautiful and very VERY affordable!

    They have a $7500 minimum which is kind of outrageous depending on the size of wedding you plan on having.  The space is beautiful and very large.

    I called him the other day.  He said it was a 7500 minimum for Saturday.  It's 6500 for friday or sunday.  My wedding is tiny, and he honestly told me the price was probably pretty high for that.  He was very nice and rare to hear such honesty!
